Everyone of Melanies, including Melanie herself have been amazing, I cannot compliment them enough. Tom said someone will call me tomorrow to sort it out, I'm sure everything will be fine, but I'm just a born worrier...Thanks for the support though.

The best thing about your post is that I know that you have read through the proposals fully - and if there is something that needs amendi, then I am happy to do so in the knowledge that you now fully understand the agreement you are intending to enter into.

We are sure to sort this out smoothly and quickly for you.

ah well if you have tom helping-its brilliant.
tom did mine-done n dusted in 45 mins-very nice man !
im a born worrier too but the week before i was on here incessantly and sought and got loads of comfort and support which we will give you x

I spoke to Sam this afternoon about it and she past it to Tom ( who I also spoke to ) and he is going to sort it , so I will contact them tomorrow to see if all is OK.
I also have to say how helpful and approachable everyone on your team has been, nothing is too much trouble. It really is appreciated.

That's great feedback Brickwall - but is helps tremendously to have such co-operative clients and we are very grateful to you as well for being so helpful with the process. It really makes a difference to us when we know our clients are so keen on getting the process right.
