Hi,

Just to let you know I had a call 45 mins after my Creditors meeting was held to say that the IVA was accepted. The only two modifications are in regard to the fees so do not affect me.

I am so glad my journey to being is debt free has started I have paid my first payment today and even though I have £9 in my new basic account it is in credit the first time I have had a credit balance in years!I can not express how pleased and relived I am.

My experiance has been good, I made the phone call to enquire on 14th May to MONEY, DEBT & CREDIT and I am going to celebrate this day each year as the day I started to turn my life around it is also the aniversary of my decree absolute!!

It has taken 3.5 weeks from the initial phone call to having my IVA accepted the swiftness and proffesionlism (spelt horrirbly wrong) of money debt and credit have been wonderful. My initial contact was with a chap called David Coleman and will sing his praises from the highest of mountains. All the paperwork was understandable fully explained. The creditors will recieve 44p/£1 and I am made up!!

Thank you to everybody that answered any queries I have had over these last few weeks and all the best wishes that were sent last night and this morning.

Deex
