We had our IVA finally accepted today, as it was unfortunatley deferred for 2 weeks as the Northern Rock were trying to add some variations. It came back that there were no variations in the end and so it was a great relief. However we have agreed to 72 months because NR was such a large creditor but i am really chuffed because we do owe £83,000 and it seems like we will be paying 19p in the £ back.... fantastic result and thanks very much to Melanie and her dedicated team (we got there in the end!!) [:D]
