It's going to be the best Christmas in years as our IVA has been accepted at the Creditors Meeting this morning!

Northern Rock requested the mod for 72 months but we are extremely happy with the outcome - now giving a 41p dividend.

McCambridge Duffy did extremely well in the end as I understand they went far beyond call of duty and were attentive and helpful, explaining everything fully ensuring our understanding.

I can't tell you how happy we are to finally have some resolve and be able to afford a packet of mince pies - although I will admit that having learnt the hard way, it's made me understand the true value of money!

A very happy christmas to all....

Congratulations -- Great Christmas present :-)

Strange, isn't it ... mine was accepted last week and I thought it was the best Christmas present ever ... to be officially insolvent !! But of course the main present is that YOU are now in control.

Here's to a smooth IVA journey and it will definitely be a better 2011.

Great news for both posters today - and let's hope we get 2011 off to a good start as well with anyone still awaiting creditors meetings.
