Welcome to the Forum eeyore73 and Congratulations on your IVA being approved.

Did your I.P contact you with any modifications? If not, then the chairmans report will be sent to soon. From today on your creditors can no longer harrass you for the amount owed as they have entered into an agreement with you which is legally binding on both sides.

Best Regards. IVA Experts

Hi
Well done !!
You may still have creditors phone you etc simply because the news hasn,t reached the correct dept.Simply inform them that the IVA was accepted and give them the name of your IP.
You will receive your chairmans report detailing the outcome of the IVA and any modfications.
You will need to make arrangments to make your first payment and that is it,just make your payment each month and inform your IP of any overtime earned etc.You will have an annual review where you will have to supply wage slips and a fresh income and expenditure form.
