IVA ACCEPTED!!!!!

Hi All...just got home from work and surprised to see the debate still rumbling on......
I will post more information for the benefit of everyone just as soon as I get the chairmans report through.
In respect of TIX all I can say is that I was told by the chair that they were representing by far the majority of the debt and if we were to reject the modification there was a strong probability they would reject the proposal. To revisit a point from yesterday, I was never put on the spot and asked to make a decision there and then. I was given the option of adjournment to consider. My decision, and this is one that each person has to make on the day if it arises,was to accept the modification as it stood which I was happy to accept or face the uncertainty of not getting the iva approved for longer.....Bearing in mind the stress my family has been living under for the past months I felt their interests were best served by acceptance.

Sounds to me like you made a well reasoned decision based on your own full knowledge of your case frequent flyer. And now you know exactly whats what there is that great feeling of a degree of certainty ahead. A million times better than what went before.

None of us can be sure how our respective five years will pan out but I think confidence and determination can make a big difference to get through the low times. Beyond that - much is out of our hands!!!
