On 3rd October my IVA (Full and Final) was approved!!!!

79% voted for the proposal and 21% against.

Barclaycard, Beneficial Bank PLC, Halifax PLC, Lloyds Bank TSB and Max Recovery (MBNA) all voted for the proposal.

Egg PLC and Yorkshire Bank PLC voted against.

American Express did not vote.

Great news churchill - did you get that loan sorted out in the end - last thing I remember was that you were or had problems with a new rate - or am I getting confused...
