Just spoke to payplan who have told me its accepted. 83% agreed to it. Few modifications, but just standard ones, so nothing to worry about. I am soooooooooooo happy.

Awwwwww, so so pleased for you debbi. Such a fantastic Christmas present. When you know, can you let us know who voted (and didn't vote), and what modifications there were?

Well done again, so happy for you!! [:D] xx

There was no increase in payments, and they said in year 4, i could remortgage more, and clear the outstanding so the IVA would be complete in year 4, instead of paying another year.
Can't really remember the voting, but i heard cahoot, MBNA, Barclaycard, capital one voting yes! and there was some more but my mind is a blur! I am so pleased, I want to jump up and down, but I'm at work and everyone would look at me stupid. One of the mods were that i can earn 10% of overtime and bonus, but after that i have to pay 50/50 over which is fair enough.

Caraf - Thanks, I won't be going anywhere! I will be right here with you for the 27th to get you through yours x
