Well done Debbiw go in the rest room and jump up and down. What a wonderful feeling this must be.

I will post all the results, when i get the chairmans report. Thanks guys, i wouldn't have been able to do it without all your support, especially in the early days when i first found this forum, and my husband didn't even know about my situation. Each and everyone of you should be very proud of what you put into this forum. xx

Fantastic news. When you get home make sure you relax this evening. You may still get the odd call from creditors but just inform them that the IVA was approved today. They may want the court and case number but this will be on the Chairmans report.

Enjoy the moment.

Dave

Caraf, you will be fine, honestly. I got myself all wound up this morning thinking "what if", but at the end of the day, if your IP has done a good job it will be accepted. I'm sure you have put your best proposal forward, and remember 80% of IVA proposals are accepted....

Hi caraf....Im sorry if my iva acceptance has worried you?
I am sure you will be concerned about my increase with some of your creditors using TIX.
Im sure it was just me, I did have a massive debt total with a large number of creditors, and I am taking home in excess of £3K pm so it may well be they saw me as game for an increase, Im sure you will be fine, they surely judge each case on its merits..
