Have just spoken to a lovely lady called Tina at the IVA advice Bureau, I found her to be very understanding and knowledgeable about IVSA's. Cant recommend them highly enough. I am hoping that Melanie can take my case on.
Where did it all go wrong?

Hi there

I spoke with Tina also at the start of my iva, and have since had the pleasure of meeting her in person. She is just the best person to speak to when you are desperate and in need of good advice.

All of Melanie's team are fab to be honest and you will find hlp, advice and support the whole way through the process.

Good Luck[:)]

I couldn't agree more! Tina was also the first person i spoke to at the Iva advice bureau and she was absolutely lovely..and although i was a jibbering wreck, i was made to feel completely at ease and was told to feel proud of myself for finding the courage to face up to my problems. All of the team at the Iva advice bureau are fantastic and you will be very well looked after throughout your journey. Good luck with everything and let us know how you get on[:)]..

How lucky are we Tori[:)]

I am so glad I found the forum and Melanie in time as I was talking to another company and was not 100% happy with the advice and help I was being given.

Tina is such a wonderful person and is so suited to doing the job she does [:)]
