thanks for the support. this site is great i can't get over it. i posted on a different iva forum i found last week and i'm still waiting a reply. i obviously got the wrong place.
well tonight i made the first step toward an IVA by discussing everything with melanie.
hopefully all will go well and she'll take me on.

Assume you spoke to my colleague (also called Melanie!) but I have now had your case file e-mailed to me and am very happy to take you on as a client.

We will get to have a chat as soon as I have all of your paperwork, and we will write to you tomorrow with the list of documents you need to produce.

ah... i did think it was strange as i watched your tv thing on here and the melanie i spoke to had a welsh accent. haha doh!
nevermind thank you for letting me know. thats great news. i've already started getting everything the other melanie told me to get together.

I had my iva approved last November with Melanie and my life now is a lot better and brighter[:)]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Good luck Connie, we are dealing with Angela from Melanies team. They are all so friendly and helpful. Everytime we call or email with a query they are so polite and re assuring and get back to you straight away. I don't think any of them take a break..
