Hi all,

can anyone tell me if they have managed to get broadband provider with a bad credit file as i am looking to switch in a few months but am worried i wont be able to beacuse of my file.

I know this may sound a bit trivial but my job would suffer without this service and I have to look at changing because my current provider is so so so bad,

any info would be helpful,
many thanks

We switched to sky whilst in IVA. Not only is it cheaper but because we had sky tv they didnt check anything else.

I switched to Tesco - AOL couldnt get my house move right!!, no problems at all, except that they needed to take the first payment by credit / debit card - were ok with Direct Debit from the 2nd month - and they give you 6 months at half price and Clubcard points

I got connected to Sky broadband whilst in an IVA, so I don't think you should have a problem switching

We are 22 months into our IVA and 3 months ago switched to Sky for TV, phone and Broadband with no problems at all - we were previously with BT but freebview was dire in our area!!!
