If a company is trying to or has secured an interim charing order on our property is it still possible to enter into an IVA agreement and include this company within this agreement?

This has been kinda asked before, I have included a link for you to read the implications, It is senario 1 in your case , but I do think you woukld need to be quick on the IVA route.
