Thanks for your help with this, I'll ring him 1st thing tomorrow.

I've been doing search for morgages on line (more out of interest as i didn't think it would be easy to move lenders) and theres not that much in it.

we signed to a five year mortgage deal now as we wanted to make sure our mortgage amount didn't change thought out our IVA

It's a shame that all the above was not explained to you.
Fixing your payment for five years was a good move and even if you have to remortgage in year four.
