iva and retired on benifits

hi we were in a joint iva while hubby was working when he retired they put payments down what benifits are included in a iva please

Hi,

You will have been in interlocking IVA's, not joint. All benefits will be included in your income and expenditure.

Is he still in an IVA?

All incoming benefits are considered as income.

hi yes we had it 2 years while he was working and i lost my job due to serious industrial accidant,then when he retired they started it all over again at a reduced payment,we are both in a joint as both of us had income.but now hes retired i needed to know if any benifits are taken into account if any thanks,

No such thing as a joint IVA - it would have been an interlocking one and, as already stated, all income is taken into account for an IVA.
