Hi all

My IVA was approved on the 03/10/08, and im really happy with the result. I was in just over £50,000 of unsecured debts i had like 2 loans and 6 credit cards. I maintained payments as long as i could but had to resort to using credit card cash advances to maintain payments on my loans, and the interest kept on piling up. I wasnt happy as all my wages were going to service my debts, and as a result i had to keep using my credit cards for day to day living expenses. It felt like a vicious cycle with no way out. I knew that this was no way to live and im glad i got some advice and did something about it. However bad things may seem there is always a solution dont be afraid to get in touch with IVA advice companies or do some research into IVAs yourself. My journey has just begun i have made my first payment into my IVA only another 59 left! My level of debt was really high but it always helps to talk to someone about it. 55% of my total debt will be written off upon successful completion of my IVA.
