Congratulations! Our creditors meetings are next week so wish us luck! Feel a bit numb at the moment like its happening to someone else... don't even want to think about what to do next if it gets turned down. I wonder what will happen to IVA applications now the credit crunch is well and truly biting and even the high street banks are going under ... will this make IVAs easier or harder to get approved?

Hi
Thanks, not posted for a while, don't know where the time's gone really - and its been a bit out of sight out of mind. But back to reality now - I am just hoping and praying that we will get our applications approved. I suppose everyone feels like this, like being in limbo and patiently awaiting our fate.

Congrats. Can you find out from your IP the reasons given why HSBC voted against. This information is wanted to collate statistics to see what creditors vote against and more importantly why.
