Hey guys, long story short i suffer from depression and tried to attempt suicide a couple of months back. I decided to get help and I had my IVA approved last week and the creditor meeting all voted in favour with a few minor corrections, but I need some help;

It seems payplan missed PayPal off my Iva and I’ve only just noticed since the payment failed and they didn’t seem to pull it off my credit history when I did the search initially. It was just a direct debit going out,

It’s for £4000, and my Iva is £26,000. What will happen? How do I sort this out? I’m panicking.

You need to inform Payplan and they will have to see if it can be added --- or if they will need another creditors meeting to add it.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Your IP should be able to add them as a creditor to your IVA.

Inform the IP to add the creditor. Simple. Don't panic.
