My creditors meeting is set for 23rd April. I have mixed emotions - a bit anxious on one hand whilst at the same time happy that everything is progressing and i could soon have my financial mess in order. I'm sure I will be more nervous as the date approaches

It will be 7 weeks from initial contact with Clear Start to the creditors meeting, they've been really helpful and everything has run smoothly so far. [:)]

Good luck, had my meeting today at 10am, and it all went well, but until I got the call from the IP, it was a horrible wait, but worth it in the end. Nice bottle of wine tonight!

Cheers, Mark.

IVA accepted, so 60 months to go!!

My one bit of advice, if I can do it, so can you!

A very good nights sleep, not sure if it was down to the IVA being accepted or the wine I drank to celebrate!!
Maybe a bit of both

Very true, but I think today, it is starting to sink in that I can get on with my life, yes I have to pay for 60 months, but thats it. No phone calls, No hassling letters, it does feel good!

Cheers, Mark.
