[:D][:D][:D]

We have received confirmation that both our proposal's have been approved with only minor modifications.

I cannot put into words my gratitude to Melanie Giles and her team, you have given me and my family the greatest christmas gift ever.

We now look towards 2009 with renewed hope for a debt free future, and whilst we recognise we may have some frugal times ahead to have lifted the cloud of increasing debt is the most amazing feeling.

Thankyou to Tina who listened patiently whilst I sobbed some 7 weeks ago, To Samantha and Angela who answered evEry question with such patience,to Melanie who never once judged or critisised our poor financial management but offered sound, impartial advice and finally to Hywel who has worked throughout the day to get our proposal accepted. You are all stars.

To everyone who has supported and guided us through this process, thankyou.

Merry christmas

Now I am sitting and having a little sob, as I know how much this has meant to you, and whilst I am sitting her feeling sorry for myself (I have a nasty cold!), it makes me humbled that things that we professionals take for granted so much as part of our working lives, really do touch some people and change their lives so much.

Your case has not been an easy one, with some difficult creditors along the way, but what a lovely result and I am so pleased for you both.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Congratulations from me too, Billy. I've followed your progress with interest as you went through all the trials and tribulations that we went through just a month or so earlier. Now you can have a great Christmas and look forward to your new life starting from now.

Thankyou all so much, today has been a very emotional one and I am just about to sit down to a mixed grill (cooked by my lovely hubby)and a glass of something nice.

Melanie I am so sorry to hear you are unwell, must be down to all the immensely hard work and dedication you put in, you and your team go beyond the realm of just good professionals, in my book you are simply the best.

I would absolutely recommend you to anyone in this situation.

Hope you feel better soon,

Merry xmas to everyone,

Love J X
