Hello All.

Just to let you know that my IVA was approved today,i still cant believe how relieved i am, all nerves have gone.

So i would like to say a very big thank you to all in the forum for your kind advise, and messages.

Also i would like to say a big thank you to Phillip Hunt from ThomasCharles, and Also David Bottomley (IP) from Wilson Phillips.

I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel, although far off,but i will get to see the end of the tunnel.

I dont know if this will help anyone else going through the IVA process, but i had 13 creditors, owing a total of around 84k.

No assets, and offerd 25p in the £. Every creditor accepted my proposal.

I just now want to know if it will still be ok for me to keep involved with forum?

Regards.

Ian
Looking forward to the 15th March 2012

WELL DONE IAN! That's brilliant news. Mines on the 29th, getting a bit of a sweat on now. I've got a couple of dentist appointments between now and then if that doesn't take my mind off it then i don't know what will. I would be interested to know who your creditors were as well.
