I apologise if this post is in the wrong bit! (It's my first one) After many months of burying our heads in the sand, and trawling this forum for invaluable information, hubby and I decided to contact Melanie for advice and she and her team put together a proposal for each of us which was approved this morning.[:)]- with a couple of modifications.I cannot thank this forum (and Melanie and her team of course) enough. Although I have not posted before, I have read the posts and can identify with the feelings of guilt and shame. I have always been a "glass half empty" sort of gal, but now there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Once again thank you!!!!

Hi Darkdog,
Modification was to do with the pet insurance, we have 2 large dogs, they felt that we were paying too much (£67.) so only allowed us £29. and the phone/mobiles and broadband was knocked back from £114 to £98. so we pay an extra £54.
The upside was that they allowed for my figure for smoking (Yes I know!!!) of £75.00 which to be honest shocked me!
I was advised by Mel prior to the proposal that these were sticky but I am more than pleased with the result.
I must admit that I feel much better yesterday and today than I have felt for many months, and long may it continue, the kids have their "old" mum back!!
