Hi everyone my husband and I are in our sixties, and through job loss and ill health managed to get into debt by using credit cards and loans. We decided to sell our home to pay some of the debts, and live of the rest, but we quickly came to realise we were running out of money, and as we are both on pensions we would not be able to sustain this.I then managed to find my way to this forum where I read every post and decided to get in touch with Melanie Giles firm as they had an excellent reputation on the board. We are so glad to have found them as today our full and final lump sum IVA was accepted.Special thanks to Sue Clay, Claire, Angela and Melanie Nicholas. So Melanie you must be so proud of your team as they are all wonderful. Call1e

I am indeed very proud of my team - they are like members of my family and we are a very close knit bunch of people. It is lovely when individual members of the team get singled out for the good work that they do, and I will make sure that your comments are passed on to Sue and the others.

It has been our pleasure to act for you, and we share your delight in today's result.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. It is such a relief to know that we can now get back to a normal life as it has been years since that was possible. Good luck to everyone else whose IVAS are coming up I hope they get a good result.
