Well our IVA was approved last week and just waiting for the final paperwork to come through.

Big thanks to Suzi, Marc and Tina at Melanie Giles . We have had a long trip to get to this stage and have been consistently badly advised almost since the start, both from the legal profession and other so called experts in the setting up of IVA's we chose the IVA route despite being eligible for bankruptcy purely because a few of our smaller creditors had been very good with us and it was only northern rock that we're causing us problems.

Thanks again to the team and NO we don't work for them. For the first time in the last four or five years we have dealt with a company that treats you with respect and achieves a successful outcome on your behalf. We would have no hesitation in recommending Melanie Giles team to anyone and are happy to make contact by e mail to verify this

Tim and Janet

So sorry to have not responded to this post, Tim and Janet. I do have an excuse in that it was my birthday weekend!

Many thanks for the very lovely comments you have taken time to post on the forum about my colleagues. They are all much appreciated, and I would say deserved as well - as those guys are brilliant even if I say so myself!
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
