I have just found out my IVA has been approved :)

A big thanks to all the guys at McCambridge Duffy for all their help.

Here's to a long 5/6 years but finally a light at the end of the tunnel! :)

Delighted all went through Max and glad we could help. Look at the IVA a bit like a consolidation loan as most people would have tried this before the IVA. The difference is that a consolidation loan would attract interest and take a long time depending on the size of the debts but your IVA is capped at six years.

Well done and any problems feel free to drop us a line or contact me directly.

Huge congratulations, and from what I read on this board, you have chosen a decent and well respected company to act for you. Wish I had found this board before starting on my journey. Huge congratulations once again.

Congratulations on getting the IVA approved. It's not gonna be easy over the next 5/6 years but if you accept the situation you are in and your limitations then you'll be fine ...... and debt free eventually!
The hardest part is telling a stranger about your problems ...... it's also the most important!

Completion Certificate Received! :D
