Good news Sharon [:)]
I think a lot of creditors are asking for more through modifications, trying to squeeze out every last penny.
One of my modifications was also any unclaimed money to be divided up between creditors.

I am 2 payments down now and I have noticed such a reduction in post comming through my door - even my postie commented on it!!!!
I used to get lots of statements and other mail associated with credit cards but somedays I have no post at all now which is fantastic. Also the calls have all stopped now, got some for about a week after iva was approved but nothing more since which is great also. I am no longer avoiding anything!!
Good luck on your road to being debt free[:)]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Emma x

Hi All
I really appreciate all the comments!!

This forum has been a god send to me, not so long ago I was so stressed, crying all the time and really horrible to my family all because of debt.

I just hope that anyone else that is in a desperate situation about debt realises that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I will post results of creditors meeting as soon as I receive them. It will be interesting to see how MBNA and Halifax voted as I have read on the forum that they sometimes vote against IVAs.

Thanks
Sharon
