Hi all, although I havnt posted any posts on here until today I have been reading the forums over the passed month and its given me some hope finding people in the same boat as myself.
Yesterday was my creditors meeting and all went well with only 2 creditors phoning in and both voting "Yes" giving me a 75% that I needed.
Not sure what im paying back to the pound but I know its £215 a month for approx £25k debt. And with no modifications which has made life a bit easier.
I went with payplan and they have been great.

MBNA didnt vote as they sold my debt onto eversheds which did vote and they voted on 2 of my creditors with a "yes" so thats how I got my 75%.

Great News Chris, you can now focus on your debt free future ahead.

Debbie - all the best for Monday, Im sure that payplan would not have put your proposal forward if they didn't believe that your case has a chance of success.
