Im just made my first iva payment but accidentally paid one of my credit cards. I emailed my Supervisor as they are closed the weekend. Will this affect my iva?

Innocent mistake -- shouldn't be an issue.

That is up to you --- he might not even notice. When I was in my IVA I told my supervisor practically everything, whether he wanted to know or not, just to avoid any surprises on either side.

I might just call on monday morning as they are closed this weekend.

Also, i had an email from Amigo who accepted my iva. Thank goodness. They are saying that they will contact my friend to still pay the dept. But they dont have her details so cant contact her. What will happen to me? Will they contact me after my iva is finished?

Your friend would have given her details when she went as guarantor for the loan, so they will ask her to make the repayments --- it is her loan now.

Ah right ---- the IVA will protect you from the loan and Amigo will try to trace her and collect. She should seek advice. After the IVA is finished successfully, they will leave you alone.

I have learned, over the last 10 years plus, that in an IVA nothing is definite, but most things can be worked around or put right. Everyone makes mistakes ( even, though they would have you believe otherwise, IPs !).

I don't think that you have anything to be worried about ! Honestly, I have seen much bigger breaches sorted out in the end with no problems --- I doubt this is even a breach .... just a mistake with no damage done.
