Hello, I'm very pleased to say that my IVA has been approved today - 59 payments to go!

I first posted on the forum at the end of January and got in touch with Tina from melaniegiles.com a few days later. Everyone I have dealt with at melaniegiles has been absolutely great and made me feel like an individual rather than just a 'number'.

The only sticky point was when one of my creditors when for a CCJ enforcement and I was threatened with a visit from the bailiffs. I had to apply to the court to suspend the order until after the creditors meeting which cost me 40.00. But I kept the court officer informed and they have extended the date for me without any further costs.

I am a bit nervous at the thought of the next five years but I also feel pleased that I am on my way to being sorted and new life for me and my daughter awaits ......[:)]
