Hi all

Just to let you know that my IVA was approved yesterday. I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to hear it! My creditors are:

Firstdirect loan 16k
firstdirect overdraft 1200
egg loan 15k
egg crdit card 5k
santander (car finance) 9.5k
sainsbury's credit card 7k
Alliance and leicester credit card 6k
MBNA C/Card 3.5k
Debenhams store card 3k
littlewoods ctalogue 3k
next 700
argos 500

almost 70K. IVA was approved at 27.6p in the £ return to the creditors. Grant Thornton put forward modifications on behalf of Egg but these were around variations and missed payments. I know a couple refused but were outvoted. I update when I recieve the chairmans report next week.

I used Debtlifeboat, and they were really first class. I cntacted them on 1st june 2007 and had my proposal by 6th June and the meeting hel on 6th July. I coudn't fault the service I received.[:D]
