Fingers crossed for us both stoney, I don't think I would be able to concentrate at work and depending on what the outcome is would rather be at home I think although will need to find something to do at home to keep me busy so the time doesn't drag.

Creditors calls have gone really quiet this week but I am updating them by telephone weekly as suggested by myself so maybe that is helping. Tomorrow night is my night for my weekly telphone calls to them all, I really really hope we both get good news, if you feel anything like I do I want to be able to move on and not have to deal with numerous letters and telephone calls and the stress it causes. Would be lovely to be able to wake up on the 14th August and start living my life again.

Tell me about it i feel the same! my creditors have been ok so far with the exception of morgan stanley who are now calling themselves goldfish they must phone me at least 3 times a day which is frustrating to have to keep repeating the same conversation i'm sure they dont log the information i'm giving them!
Anyway its August tommorrow the days are passing we will soon have our decidions. let me know how it goes
All the best
Stoney

Thanks Stoney

1st today, so not long for both of us now. Will keep my fingers crossed for both of us for the news we want.

Have received notification today in writing of meeting and it states have to ring 30 minutes after meetng so at least I hopefully wont be waiting all afternoon.

Have a question if anyone can answer, have in last few days received default notices from three of my creditors, do I need to let my company know and what does this mean bearing in mind my meeting is 13th August, what if its not approved what does default notice mean?

When I was waiting for my creditors' meeting I forwarded any correspondence from creditors to my IP. Sorry, but I don't know the implications of a default notice as my IVA was approved before they could go any further.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Hi
A default notice is a notice that you have a set time to repay arrears and bring your account upto date.If you do not then the default is registered with the credit reference agencies and will stay on your file for 6 years. The next step usually will be for the creditor to seek a CCJ or to sell the debt onto a debt collection agency.
All this will take time and you will have your creditors meeting well before you recieve any further action.Send the notices to your IP.

Thanks Andy, I will forward these on to IP, received my fourth one today in the post but absolutely no phone calls whatsoever this week, not one call which seems strangely quiet.

Was feeling quite calm but just over a week to go before my meeting and panic and anxiety is setting in, am trying not to think of what will happen if my iva doesn't get approved, I think worrying more now that I have received default notices and my meeting is getting near.

Hi stoney

Have been looking on here for your posting to see the result and wondering what the outcome was, that's great news and really pleased for you. Its a feeling of shock isn't it? Hasn't sunk in yet for me.
