if we were to move to a new address, while paying our iva, would that address be black listed as in showing us as bad creditors ,also we have a joint iva ,am i right in thinking that the iva agreement cannot be changed with out both our consent....

Hi
If you move your credit rating would follow you.Addresses are not black listed, individual people are rated.
There is no such thing as a joint IVA,you both have an individual one but they are probabaly interlocking and will be jointly paid with one monthly premium.
Your IP can change the amount you pay without your consent.

I thought we had interlocking IVA's, as some of the debts were joint, but we pay separate standing orders, two different amounts for ours. Does this mean they are not interlocking?

This will be confirmed by the wording of the proposals - for instance are you offering a dividend to the joint creditors from both estates or just one?

From both I think. I offered 31p in the pound, and hubbie 39p. He had no debts on his own. Our creditors meeting was at the same time and same date for both of us.
