I finished my IVA with Debt free direct in September 2011 and I am still waiting for my certificate of closure. When i phone them I am kept on hold for ages then they fob me off with one excuse after another. I'm now being told that my credit is not cleared until I receive my certificate even though next month will be 6 years since starting an IVA. Is there anything legally I can do to take action against DFD ?
