I am in my 2nd year of my IVA and I have been with Carrington Dean however I had a phone called from creditfix to say that they were now taking over. They said nothing would change and everything would be the same but I’ve had a letter today confirming it and saying that there will be a meeting with my creditors to put the proposal forward?? Is this right?? What if they turn it down?? I’m really worried about it all. Any advice?? Thank you

The transfer of a supervisor is a routine occurence. I would imagine they are ony seeking agreement to the change of supervisor, but should advise you of the content and nature of any variation. I have never seen a change of supervisor refused.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
