Could anyone advise me on this please.

Over the weekend, I received a letter from my IVA company informing me that they were acquired by a larger Plc company some 12 months ago. This merger was not successful and a decision was made to "buy back" the name and brand. This was completed a short while ago.

Should this be of concern or am I being a worry wart??

It ought not be of concern. Unless there have been differences of opinion during the 'fallout', your Supervisor will reamin the same. Only if your Supervisor has parted Company with your IVA Company might you expect to recieve a notification of a new Supervisor (Appointed from within the same firm) being appointed. In any event, your IVA should remain totally unaffected.
