Hi I haven't posted here in a while. I completed my IVA roughly 2 years ago. For various reasons I got into fincial difficulty again. I now owe Link Fincial Services £5k. I wondered if anyone has had any dealings with this company? I plan to pay money back but would like some advice from anyone who had knowledge or experience of them. Thank you

Do you actually owe them this money, or have they just told you that you do ? They have a suspect reputation as a collection agency using dubious tactics. Have a read here: https://www.moneyadviceonline.co.uk/deb ... ncial.html
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Have you taken out further credit since the completion of your IVA and Link are now charged with collecting it?There is a myriad of complaints against this companies tactics on how they operate and sadly non of it is good news.

Thanks for your replies. I plan to pay back what I owe. But I'm just wary of this company. They sound very dubious. I will have a look at those websites you recommend
