Took out my IVA back in April 2011.
At times it has been a long long difficult road especially the last year.
But today I got my letter telling me that my variation meeting on Wednesday was a success and that my IVA is concluded.
I'm still numb that it is all over, it has yet to sink in.
I would like to thank PAYPLAN who I know have a lot of critics.
They have been with me throughout and without their help etc I dread to think where I would be today.
Special thanks to my case worker Tracey for putting up with me.

Hi and welcome,

Congratulations on completing! I too, had no problems with Payplan so I'm pleased they have some positive feedback.

When you consider the numbers Payplan deal with, they get relatively few complaints -- apart from their unique (and unfair in my opinion) way of arriving at disposable income and total lack of contact with an IP.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

My only complaint was one Christmas when they were shut for two weeks and I needed to contact them about a letter I had received - wasn't happy!
