As both myself and my wife have loans (debts) in our own names as well as joint loans (debts) does this mean that we have to arrange for two individual IVA'S or one.... can we consolidate our IVA'S ?

Hi rodger

You will have the choice of both procedures, but I suppose "joint" IVAs are more common - especially if you have to achieve a minimum dividend.

Hi there
We have an iva which somer consider as joint but it is two mingled together, incomes joint, expenditure joint and one single payment. I can only give my opinion but for us it is working well as we have always put our money together anyway so for us the best way. If there is anything you want to ask please do.

Hi
Just to clarify.
All IVAs are individual, however you can have one IP administrate both, the income and expenditure is jointly assessed and both IVAs are paid from one monthly payment.
