I'm not with Melanie either, I arranged my IVA before I found this forum :-(

Hi inaiva

I could tell from the letter that you are not one of Melanies clients[:)] I am aware, however that they have written to some of her clients too so that kinda blows the "factory" argument out of the water I think.

Thanks for letting me have this by the way.

I spent a good half hour or so asking what I thought were quite legitimate questions of the IVA Council via their forum last night. I thought I would check to see if there was any response today ... they've banned me from the forum and deleted my post, no explantaion given. It seems you cannot question their integrity on their own forum without having the dummy thrown out of the pram.

They obviously don't like being questioned! If you are a decent site you take the good comments with the bad.

Still looking forward to one of their letters. Think I will let them have it both barrels when I do.

I have just gone onto the IVAC website. I cannot believe some of the comments on there. It's like Jeremy Kyle on the internet! I just refuse to believe that they are true. It's good for a bit of entertainment if you are feeling down!

Surely they are not allowed to do that Andy? Are you doing anything about it?

Unfortunately, I am banned from posting and so cannot point this out to them [:D]. Of course it just further demonstrates that they are heavily reliant on information from other sources, which they will no doubt put their own spin on, as they do not have any reliable resources of their own. They'd be lost without the EIIR.

Hope you don't mind me sticking my beak in here .... but I've just had a read of the IVAC forum. One thing I dislike about forums, any forums are people who denigrate other forums and hide behind Screen Names. This Topcat is just such a person. He gives nothing away about who or what he is but prattles on about how great they are and how terrible everyone else is. I'm glad I found this forum before I came across his. Sorry, but I've had me daily whine now[:D]

I got fed up with asking legitimate questions and being ignored so I haven't posted for a while. I will have another look later on today, but the irony here is that, personally, I feel that there IS a case to be answered by some providers in some cases. The way that they go about it though really does stick in the craw, and banning people for raising legitmate concerns will surely end up being counter productive in the end.

Hi
I always thought that you held your own on their forum Size.
I will allow them to use our film as long as they credit it to this site.I have also invited a representative to be interviewed for our TV section
Let's wait and see what response we get
