Hello Paul,

I think it says a great deal that you placed the feedback from posters on this site so high in your list of priorities.

To me there's no intrinsic issue with contacting those in IVA's, the issue is when the underlying motive is "parasitic".

As with many things the genuine motives of good people and good companies can get lost amongst those who seek to take advantage.

Debt Management suffers from the same issue where bad providers give good providers a poor name. I suspect a dose of regulation is due and that it will be of benefit to both the public and sincere service providers.
