Hi and welcome.

I presume that as they IP is still looking into this that it was adjourned rather than rejected outright and that they may be able to get it accepted. Have they said why your creditors have said no?

It does sometimes happen.

There are very few rejections these days ( at least that we hear of). Those few that have been rejected, for whatever reason, have, by and large been turned around by the IP's negotiating with the creditors.

Have you been told why they have rejected ?

I think the last big adjournment was becuase a major creditor hadn't voted ... but that, in the end, went through ( and they still hadn't voted!).

try not to worry too much. Your IP will do all he/she can to get the yes votes in so all is not lost.

Hi...good luck and try not to worry too much (nigh on impossible I know). It seems to be fairly common for IPs to negotiate successfully with creditors. x

Why did creditors reject your proposals as a matter of interest?

Thanks for the comments . I think the iva rejection was due to debts are piled up in very short period of time ( most of them payday loans , as you know payday loans are very high interest and i caught up in wishes circle of payday loans) Hope iva is accepted at the end , otherwise i will be in mess again .

Unusual to see those sort of creditors rejecting IVAs. Which IP firm is acting for you?

You could always go onto a DMP temporarily and then try again - there's a solution out there somewhere!

Hopefully your IP can sort this for you.

I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry too much. My Husband's was rejected at first but Creditors put forward new proposals in which he had to agree with and it was accepted the very next day. Good luck xx
