A simple question was been asked and this forum chose not to answer a simple question that does nothing but to educate all concerned. Your moderation hampers freespeech and common undestanding. I am astounded by the defence been put up. It is worse than dealing with the Bank call centres who may be rude.

I will contact the Insolvency Service direct for the answer as it is under the freedom of information 2003.

The IVA Council are just scammers, they just blanket write to people in a iva offering assisted BR.

They do not clean their lists against the MPS service like they should be doing and do not care less if you would be worse off under BR having paid in over 2 years into a IVA I would be worse off with the 3 year IPO under BR and my credit rating would be shot to pieces with a failed IVA registered and another 6 years blacklisting with the CRAs from the time of BR

Vultures like the lot of them who prey on the Insolvency Register

This poster wasn't actually part of them, it was just an inappropriate post that they made.

I do agree with you though!

Think so, a pretty dodgy name to pick as well if you ask me!

The IVA Council has changed its clothes to the IVA Review Board. Both are scams so all be careful. Anyone receiving any communication please contact me.
