just about to send all my documents off to my IP and was wondering if all this info gets forwarded to my creditors? There is alot of personnal information and im worried about them using that information to thier own ends e.g. selling it onto other companies.
Great Site by the way, been on here all day and made me feel alot calmer about going into an IVA.
No, your personal information is not forwarded to the creditors. Your IP will use the documents to formulate a proposal to put forward to them.
Have no worries on that score.
Glad we have been able to help by the way, and keep posting to let us know how you get on.

Obviously, if you are in arrears with any payments, you will get phone calls regarding those, but that is nothing to do with your IP. Your IP will just inform your creditors that you are applying for an IP.

The only thing your creditors see is what you owe other creditors besides of course your proposal and what you are offering.
