IVA ended and Name on mortgage *urgent*

Hi all,

My last payment was in June, i havnt yet had my certificate of completion. What i would like to know is am i able to add my name onto my partners mortgage or will that have a detrimental effect on her the mortgage or both?

Hi

I would wait until you have your completion certificate and then look into doing this. Whilst the IVA is on your credit file you may struggle getting approval from the mortgage company
