Hello,

I just wanted to update you. My full & final settlement offer was agreed a couple of weeks back, and I literally just made the payment to clear it.

I offered more than was suggested because I wanted to be sure it would go through, and I'm at the point where I need to get on and get a job now before I go broke and I actually feel better for having offered more and its too late to worry about it anyway, because ultimately all that matters is that it's over and that now when I'm looking for a job I just have to worry about covering my mortgage and bills and anything left over is mine and for too long, even before the IVA came into place and all I was doing was robbing Peter to pay Paul, that wasn't possible.

I wanted to thank Foggy, Michael Peoples and Kallis3 who all replied to my posts and offered so much support and guidance when I thought this was just a vague idea and wouldn't be able to happen, but really thanks to anyone who's shared their story or asked their questions on here because it gave me so much help and that feeling of not being alone when I have no one here to talk to about this stuff.

Thank you and good luck to everyone starting on this journey, in the middle of it and moving on with their lives beyond it. x

Great to hear all is going forward. I hope the completion certificate isn't too long in arriving.
Thank you for your kind words :-)
