I posted on here last week that the IVA failed twice due to NR. We were told there was one chance left and it was proposed that my husband would pay another year (or 2 if it came to it). They have said no however, apparenlty they want as much cash as possible back. My husband is 51 now and although he is going to have a DMP now, surely it would have been better for NR and others for him to have an IVA?? I just feel that when my husband retires the DMP woould go down and he would carry on paying for ever and ever but apparently he will also be paying less on a DMP so B and E have said??

I presume B&E mean that he will be payin less a month? On a DMP he will be paying the whole amount back.

I'm sorry they have rejected you again da1.

A DMP is fine for now while you try and regroup your thoughts. Are you in a position to go bankrupt if necessary? I can't remember.
