Your IP will certaintly not judge you for the failure of your IVA - it has happened due to unforseen circumstances and you have tried your best. They ought to now help you through the bankruptcy period - which will not seem as bad a it does now.

Look at Skippy and Swansgirl as shining examples of how IVA failure can lead to a much more stable lifestyle.

Stonecoldbroke sorry to hear your having problems on the IVA route. Whatever happens dont beat yourself up about it....no one can claim that you havn't tried your best to make it work.

Good luck for the future and hope you will continue to post your progress.
