I have received the final report from Accuma stating that my IVA has failed as a result of my BR. One thing concerns me - the report states that I was in arrears at the date of the failure which is obviously right as I hadn't made a payment since February, and the IVA was failed in June. I won't be chased for the arrears will I? I know I'm probably panicking about nothing, but I thought I'd ask rather than stew on it!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.
