And so you should, I remember your earlier posts, I do like to see people getting treated fairly, even if it does mean a fight. It is stressful for you though I bet??? Just wanted you to know I am with you all the way and I hope it turns out well for you.

He sounds like a great lawyer - can you recommend him as he could be useful to other forum members who are looking for legal advice? I would suggest you go for the variation, rather than attacking the validity of the IVA at this stage. After all you do still have the legal protection from creditor actions until it is concluded.

Hi Melanie

We are definately going to go the route of a variation at this time. I don't particularly want to get into a legal battle over this, I just want to get it sorted out.

As for the solicitors name etc, I will email it to Andy. The only problem is that he is in a city very close to me and I think it would prove to be rather difficult for many to get to this end of England. (Bearing in mind crossing the Severn Bridge from your side is entering Gods Country!!!!!!!!)
