I must admit I thought the pack I had from ClearDEbt was very professional. It was also clear and easy to understand. I didn't try anybody else and assumed that all packs were standard.

Don't hesitate to contact cleardebt if you have any problems with the forms or the information they are requesting. I used them last year before I was made redundant and using them again now to propose my IVA again. Im now just waiting to recieve my proposal draft.

They are very helpfull and will get back to you at there earliest opportunity.

Good luck
Steve.

IVA approved!

No the other one I got was just the budget sheet to sign, photocopy of doc about an IVA and a creditors sheet.

Cleardebt's pack really does make everything clear. Hoorah!

Your eventual dividend will be entirely dependent upon the agreed level of creditor claims, and the fees your IP proposes to charge. I am sure that they will soon work out some figures for you, which are specific to your own case.

Hi sparklywater
I am with cleardebt and it took about 7-10days from me submitting my documets to having a draft proposal. If you do not have everything you need to hand (e.g house valuation or an exact settlement figure) then submit the information you have with estimates for the missing info. This will still allow them to commence the drafting and you can submit the missing info later.

well I was gathering together all my paperwork to send off to cleardebt. Went on to my online banking with my old bank to print off some info and low and behold a cheque for childcare which should have cleared weeks ago has only cleared today leaving me £380 overdrawn would be fine but my overdraft is only £250!!! I have put all my money into another account and called up tax credit people and all to let them know new account details. Only problem being the tax credit people said this weeks payment due tomorrow will probably go into old account, so I am sure the bank will swallow that... And my loan payment is due out tomorrow. So by close of business tomorrow I hate to think what my account will look like.....arrrrgghhh

Just stick to it. I know it seems like a massive mountain at the moment and we've all been through these setbacks, but keep at it. I'm sure someone will be along soon to offer you some advice.

I'm 1 year post IVA and it's the best thing I ever did.... and I can asure you I probably had as many dark days as you along the way!

Best not to worry about. I beleive this is quite common. Lloyds tsb said they are charging me £15 a day unauthorised overdraft but it won't affect your proposal.

my concern is that this will increase my debt as I cannot increase my Disposable income the proposal of pence back per pound will drop and then they will say no!!
